New Mexico does NOT maintain a separate state Do Not Call list and has NO state telemarketer registration requirement. The federal National DNC Registry is the only list telemarketers must scrub against when calling New Mexico consumers. Enforcement is handled through the New Mexico Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the NM Public Regulation Commission. New Mexico's Unfair Practices Act provides additional consumer protection authority. First 5 area codes are free through the FTC portal.
