- Phone Calls: Consultation calls, follow-ups, and service-related communications, which may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice
- AI-Generated Voice: Some calls may use artificial intelligence-generated voice technology. You will be informed at the start of any such call that you are speaking with an AI voice agent.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.

Some communications from TCPA Guide or its affiliated services may use artificial intelligence-generated voice technology. You will be informed at the start of any such call that you are speaking with an AI voice agent.

Call Recording
Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and compliance purposes. You will be notified at the beginning of any recorded call. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may request to end the call or opt out of future recorded communications by contacting us at tisa@tisadaniels.com.

You have the right to:
- Unsubscribe anytime: Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out immediately.

Third-Party Services
We use the following services to operate this site:
- Supabase: Database hosting — subscriber data stored securely with row-level security
- Brevo: Email delivery for newsletter and transactional emails
- Vercel: Website hosting and analytics — collects anonymous, aggregated performance data. No cookies. See Vercel's privacy documentation
- Google Analytics: Anonymized site usage analytics
Data Security
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use SOC 2 compliant cloud providers and follow strict data protection practices. Subscriber data is retained only as long as necessary for delivering our services and meeting legal obligations.
Data Retention
We retain subscriber information for as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, we mark your record as inactive but may retain your email address to honor your opt-out preference and prevent re-subscription without consent.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify subscribers of significant changes via email.
