Wyoming Do-Not-Call List
State DNC registry requirements for Wyoming
Wyoming does not maintain a separate state DNC list. Scrubbing the federal National DNC Registry at donotcall.gov is sufficient for state compliance.
National Do Not Call Registry (Wyoming uses federal list)
Covers
Wyoming does NOT maintain a separate state Do Not Call list — the federal NDNC is the only list. Wyoming DOES require telemarketer registration with the state (no specific advance timeframe required, no annual renewal). Registration applies to "telephone solicitors." Exemptions exist for B2B calls, established business relationships, and prior permission/inquiry. Enforcement is through the Wyoming Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit. First 5 area codes (WY has only 1 area code: 307) are free through the FTC portal.
Federal National DNC Registry (Always Required)
You must scrub the federal list regardless of whether Wyoming has its own list. There is no opt-out from federal DNC compliance.
