The federal National DNC Registry is the only list telemarketers must scrub against when calling Nebraska consumers. Enforcement of telemarketing violations is handled through the Nebraska Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Nebraska's consumer protection statutes provide the AG with enforcement authority for deceptive telemarketing practices. First 5 area codes are free through the FTC portal.
