Nebraska Do-Not-Call List
State DNC registry requirements for Nebraska
Nebraska does not maintain a separate state DNC list. Scrubbing the federal National DNC Registry at donotcall.gov is sufficient for state compliance.
National Do Not Call Registry (Nebraska uses federal list)
Covers
Nebraska does NOT maintain a separate state Do Not Call list and has NO state telemarketer registration requirement. The federal National DNC Registry is the only list telemarketers must scrub against when calling Nebraska consumers. Enforcement of telemarketing violations is handled through the Nebraska Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Nebraska's consumer protection statutes provide the AG with enforcement authority for deceptive telemarketing practices. First 5 area codes are free through the FTC portal.
Federal National DNC Registry (Always Required)
You must scrub the federal list regardless of whether Nebraska has its own list. There is no opt-out from federal DNC compliance.
