Delaware does not maintain a separate state DNC list. Scrubbing the federal National DNC Registry at donotcall.gov is sufficient for state compliance.

Delaware does NOT maintain a separate state Do Not Call list. Telemarketers must scrub against the federal NDNC Registry only. However, Delaware DOES require telemarketer registration with the state before commencing business. Telemarketers must post a bond (amount ranges from $10,000 to $100,000) in connection with registration. Delaware enforces telemarketing regulations through its Consumer Protection Unit within the Attorney General's Office. First 5 area codes are free through the FTC portal.
