Alaska Do-Not-Call List
State DNC registry requirements for Alaska
Alaska does not maintain a separate state DNC list. Scrubbing the federal National DNC Registry at donotcall.gov is sufficient for state compliance.
National Do Not Call Registry (Alaska uses federal list)
Covers
Alaska does NOT maintain a separate state Do Not Call list — the federal National DNC Registry is the only list telemarketers must scrub against. Alaska does require telemarketer registration with the state at least 30 days before transacting business. The state enforces telemarketing regulations through the Alaska Department of Law (Attorney General). First 5 area codes are free for telemarketers to access through the FTC portal; additional area codes cost per-area-code annually.
Federal National DNC Registry (Always Required)
You must scrub the federal list regardless of whether Alaska has its own list. There is no opt-out from federal DNC compliance.
