Overview

Colorado has its own Telephone Consumer Protection Act (C.R.S. § 6-1-901 et seq.) that mirrors federal TCPA but adds state enforcement teeth. The AG has been active on robocall enforcement. Colorado also maintains a state No-Call list and the Colorado Consumer Protection Act provides private right of action with treble damages.
