Overview

Iowa maintains a state No-Call list under Iowa Code § 476.103 and violations can result in penalties up to $40,000 per occurrence through AG enforcement. No private right of action for telemarketing violations — enforcement is exclusively through the AG and Iowa Utilities Board. Iowa Consumer Fraud Act provides additional AG enforcement tools.
